I cannot and do not promise or guarantee any specific results, income, sales, followers, growth, or business outcome for anyone else. Your results will depend on many factors outside of my control, including (but not limited to) your effort, consistency, skill, existing audience, market conditions, business decisions, and the amount of time and work you put in.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the product, platform, membership, or software is actively hosted, operated, and maintained by me. It does not mean "forever" in an unconditional sense, because no online product, platform, or piece of software can honestly promise that.

As long as I am hosting and running Cash Flow Academy, Anti-Social AI™, Pillar, and any other included product, you will continue to have access to what you purchased, at no additional cost, without renewal fees.

In the unlikely event that I ever need to sunset, retire, migrate, or shut down any product — for any reason, including business, financial, technical, legal, personal, or operational reasons — I commit to giving customers reasonable advance notice so you have time to download, save, and back up your materials, notes, files, and anything else you want to keep.

After a product is sunset, continued access is not guaranteed. No refunds are owed for a product you have already been given access to and used, and no future updates or hosting are guaranteed once a product has been retired.

Because all products inside The Leveraged Income Method are digital, delivered instantly, and can be accessed, downloaded, or copied immediately, all sales are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital goods and waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

If you paid through a third-party payment plan provider (such as Klarna or Afterpay), you remain responsible for completing those payments according to that provider's terms.

All content, videos, materials, templates, prompts, frameworks, software, trademarks, and written material inside The Leveraged Income Method are owned by Kelly and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the material for your own business and education. You may not share, resell, redistribute, republish, screen-share, record, or use the material to train any AI model or to create a competing product, in whole or in part.

You are responsible for your own business, financial decisions, compliance with the laws of your country, region, and industry, and for the accuracy of anything you publish or sell using what you learn here.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kelly, The Leveraged Income Method, and any affiliated persons or entities are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the products, content, community, or software — including any loss of profits, income, savings, data, audience, or business opportunity.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the products after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
